our why

As a team of entrepreneurs, academic researchers, and consultants, we've seen firsthand how traditional leadership methodologies often miss the mark – too much left-brain, framework-heavy, and complex material just doesn't land and is soon forgotten.

That’s why we do it differently. We offer leadership that’s embodied, experiential, and transformational—designed to shift how you lead. When you embody a new way of being, everything else follows.

our story
how we got here

We (Jack, Louis, and CK) all met in the mountains of British Columbia, Canada. Through our shared passions of being in nature, going on adventures, and diving into inner work, we became great friends.

After co-leading multiple retreats, enjoying deep powder days together throughout British Columbia, and sharing deep conversations about the world we want to create, it became clear – we wanted to share this way of being with the world.

We created Point of Contact so that we could teach embodied leadership, guide transformative experiences, and support leaders in growing their positive impact.

our leadership pillars

Our approach integrates cutting-edge behavioural science with timeless wisdom to create sustainable transformation.

learn by embodying

At the heart of all of our work is embodiment – how we feel within, ways we present and express ourselves, and the energy we give off as we lead, work, and live.

The embodied leader gives off an energy of confidence, wisdom, and warmth that inspires others and gives them a sense of feelng truly supported.

cultivate authenticity

The most effective leaders recognize the importance of being real – showing honesty, humility, and courage. People can feel it when you are being inauthentic, which creates friction and a lack of trust.

The authentic leader's truthfulness helps others feel empowered, safe in their own vulnerabilities, and connected to you as a leader and your organization.

prioritize well-being

High-performance leaders and teams recognize the intensity of the work they do, and the very real risk of burnout in the context of our "always-on" world.

Through our experiential offerings as well as our teachings, we help you craft a culture that embraces self-care and supports the long term well-being of you and your team in ways that actually improve the performance of your organization.

foster global stewardship

The Earth is our home, dojo and playground. Through our work, we're committed to positively impacting humanity and preserving the Earth, and we help organizations and teams do the same.

By bringing you into the backcountry, we help you deepen your appreciation for nature, recognize the impact of sustainable action on the environment, and remember the importance of preserving the planet for future generations.

our team

Above all, we're a team of friends – people with similar values, a shared love of helping others grow, and a passion for creating incredible experiences in nature.
