Bespoke leadership training that inspires, transforms, and elevates your results.
We believe that every journey should be extraordinary; every life, well-travelled.
As a team of consultants, corporate executives, academics, and startup builders, we've seen firsthand how traditional leadership methodologies often miss the mark – too much left-brain, framework-heavy, and complex material just doesn't land and is soon ignored or forgotten.
That's why we choose experiential leadership – we guide our clients to a new way of being that transforms you at your core, influencing how you show up in all aspects of your work and life.
We (Jack, Louis, and CK) all met in British Columbia, Canada. Through our shared passions of being in nature, going on adventures, and diving deep into inner work, we formed great friendships.
After collaborating to host multiple retreats, shredding powder together throughout British Columbia, and exploring the world of somatics as a team, it became clear – this way of living and leading felt incredible, and we wanted to share it with the world.
We formed POC so that we could teach leadership, help others grow, and share life-changing adventures with leaders who are ready to enhance their impact.
Our approach integrates cutting-edge behavioural science with timeless wisdom to create sustainable transformation.
At the core of all of our teachings is embodiment – how we feel within, ways we present and express ourselves, and the energy we give off as we work, live, and play.
The embodied leader gives off an energy of confidence, wisdom, and warmth that inspires others and gives them a sense of feelng truly supported.
The most effective leaders recognize the importance of being real – showing honesty, humility, and courage. People can feel it when you are being inauthentic, and it doesn't bode well for leadership.
The authentic leader's truthfulness helps others feel empowered, safe in their own vulnerabilities, and connected to you as a leader and your organization.
High-performance leaders and teams recognize the intensity of the work they do, and the very real risk of burnout in the context of our "always-on" world.
Through our experiential offerings as well as our teachings, we help you to craft a culture that embraces self-care and supports the long term well-being of you and your team in ways that actually improve the performance of your organization.
The earth is our home, and at POC, it's our dojo and playground. Through our work, we're committed to positively impacting humanity and preserving the earth, and we help organizations and teams do the same.
By bringing you into the backcountry, we help you deepen your appreciation for nature, recognize the impact of sustainable action, and remember the importance of preserving the planet.
Above all, we're a team of friends – people with similar values, a shared love of helping others grow, and a passion for creating incredible experiences in nature.
